1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any manual backlink package, guest posting sprint, or digital outreach service from EduGovBacklinks ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Deliverables & Editorial Independence
All link placements are acquired through manual outreach to independent third-party webmasters and publication editors. While we negotiate in-content contextual placements and DoFollow attributes, target publishers retain ultimate editorial control over their web properties. Placements are governed by our 365-Day Replacement SLA.
3. Prohibited Content & Niches
We strictly decline outreach campaigns for illicit pharmaceuticals, adult/pornographic material, predatory payday lending, or any activity in violation of international law. Orders placed in prohibited niches will be refunded minus merchant processing fees.
4. Payment Processing
All transactions are billed strictly in US Dollars ($ USD) and processed via Razorpay International Payment Gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. All gateways maintain PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
